International shipping is coming soon.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 Delivery Time & Charges

• Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2–3 business days.

• Other Emirates: 3–5 business days.

• Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20.

• Free Shipping: Orders above AED 300 qualify for free delivery.

 Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or directly from your LUXBAY account.

 Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery times may vary due to external factors (weather, traffic, holidays, customs delays).

• LUXBAY is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
