Do I require an account for ordering?
No, you can order as a guest too. But,

WHAT IF L TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please contact us so we can change your email address.
We can change your email address, name, and address but
we cannot change your order.

AER THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES? ARE
All our transactions are US Dollars based. If your credit card is in a different currency, your order will be charged at our exchange rate based on the daily exchange rate of the day your card issuer authorizes the transaction.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We offer payment in all the major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal Payoneer. Personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers,, or cash on delivery are not accepted.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When you pay on-line with your credit card, all of your data is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your data is then SSL-encrypted and transmitted directly to our credit card processor's network for authorization and approval of your card and transaction. Your credit card data is not on our servers.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right to accept or decline the order, or any part thereof, at any time after the order is received at our sole discretion, even if the Customer has already received an order confirmation or even after the credit card has been authorized. In case the credit card is already authorized for payment and the order gets canceled, we will credit the original mode of payment.

Any cancellation after an order has been placed will incur a cancellation charge of 30% of the Total Price no matter what time the order
has been placed (even if it is only a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card company charges us a cancellation fee.

Note: Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
As our service and site are English-based, all input information you keyed in needs to be English input method, including punctuation. If your address has some letters that include Non-English letters, you should replace them with the corresponding English letters instead. For instance, you can replace letter "?" with "c".

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has shipped or been processed. Please modify your shipping address to your residence address rather than your vacation address since we do not know for how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The shipping time will depend on the shipping method that you have selected. After the order ships, we will send your tracking number the following day because tracking information typically is available 24 hours after we've shipped the order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to your country's customs department. 

HOW DO L TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you your tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Typically, you will see the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

CAN L USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES FOR A SINGLE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes may not be combined with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise specified.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
If something is missing, please inform us at once.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse located in China. We recommend extra time for processing your order during holidays and sale periods.

We ship orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order and the following day after the processing day. Note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you fail to get tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the date you made your payment, please reach out to us.

RETURNS

HOW DO L RETURN AN IT EM?
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return an item, please email us within 15,20 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number along with the reason for return. Our customer service team will go through the return request and will send more instructions if the return is accepted.

For a list of final sale goods, refer to our Returns Policy. All returns are required to be in original condition with packaging intact.

Will my return shipping be paid for?
All return shipping charges and miscellaneous charges are the customer's responsibility.

What if what I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Call us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, and/or faulty merchandise. Please have your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant references when you receive your package. We will make every effort to handle your case as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

WHEN WILL L RECEIVE
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Refunds paid by credit card or debit card will be issued back to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of the day the item was received back or cancellation was processed. Contact the card-issuing bank with any questions regarding when the credit will appear on your account.

If you have not yet been credited with your return, follow these steps: Call the bank/credit card company. It will take a while before the refund is debited to your account.
